Well, I guess I haven't been here for a while!   I am currently at a new low weight.
I was working two jobs for so long that I had no time to do anything.   I retired in June from teaching and hope to have time.  However,  I spend 3 days at the gym and 1 hour walking on the rest of the days.
I also have 2 part-time jobs.
I stay away from refined flour, sugar and weigh and measure everything that I eat.  Coupled with moderate exercise, my weight loss is on target.
