Part 1 - The You Diet

This book has a lot of information written in a witty and entertaining manner.
I have been watching my diet for about 45 years now, but I am always looking for
new information or to relearn things that I might have forgotten.
This book seems to explore a lot of the common myths and/or facts. Unfortunately in
the business of weight loss, a lot of facts vary from study to study and since this book was published in 2006 a lot of things have changed. The authors
attempt to lay out the facts.

The first chapter is entitled What a Waist! This chapter explains a lot
about how our bodies work and how genetics play a part. It is very interesting
but does rehash what people should know. It is very informative if you haven't
really studied much about weight management.
